The YMCA of the Roses offers events to the community for all ages and backgrounds across York and Lancaster Counties!

Free Throw Shooting Contest
The W Dale Brougher Foundation YMCA

Join us for our Free Throw Shooting Contest! The contest will be bracket style. Each round will be best of 10 free throws. Participants will be placed into the following age groups the day of the event.
4-5 year old’s
6-8 year old’s
9-11 year old’s
12-15 year old’s
16 & up
Basketball hoop height, basketball size, and free throw line will be adjusted to fit each age group. Each participant is required to bring someone along with them to count their shots. The winner of each age group will receive a YMCA prize bag that includes YMCA discounts and merchandise.
