We strive to provide healthy living opportunities for our community, offering a variety of programs that improve quality of life for individuals living with chronic health conditions. The programs are provided at low or no cost to participants!
Our programs include:
Build awareness and education of dementia, Alzheimer’s and brain health
Helps adults with hypertension lower and manage their blood pressure
Lifelong Essentials for Activity & Nutrition (LEAN) supports you in your journey to becoming more active and eating smarter for healthy weight loss.
A free support program for cancer survivors that gives participants access to the YMCA community and its facilities and services
An indoor cycle class for adults with Parkinson’s disease
A boxing-style exercise program for adults with Parkinson’s disease
Arthritis Foundation program to reduce pain and improve overall health
Adult small group program for those with prediabetes
