Lifting small group program for teens!

Unleash your power with a certified Personal Trainer and learn the fundamentals of resistance training, proper form, and building sustainable fitness habits. Work on core safe lifting including bench press, squats, and the dead lift.

  • 6 week program
  • Meets once per week
  • Ages 13- 16 years old
  • Small group limited to 6 participants
