York Events
September 13 – Second Friday Latino, kick off to Hispanic Heritage Month and Welcoming Week. When and Where: 5:30pm – 10:00pm, Downtown block between Market and Philadelphia Street in front of Strand Capital / Appell Center.
September 14 – Tainos: The First People to Greet Columbus by Rafael Torres of Manicato Taino Cultural Center. Where and When: 10:00am – 3pm, at York County History Center, 121 N. Pershing Ave, York PA 17401.
September 18 – Welcoming Week Teen Cultural Jam at Martin Library. When and Where: 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Martin Library, 159 E Market St, York PA 17401
Lancaster Events
September 10 – Welcoming Week Resolution & Hispanic Heritage Month Resolution at Lancaster City Council meeting. When and Where: 120 N. Duke St., Lancaster, PA at 6:30 p.m.
September 13 – Welcoming Week Kick Off in Ewell Plaza. When and Where: 5:00pm-8:00pm, Ewell Plaza, 145 N. Queen Street, Lancaster, PA.
September 14 – Welcoming Community Reading with Read Rose Books. When and Where: 11:00am – 12:00pm, Welcome Center Gallery, 38 Penn Square, Lancaster, PA.

September 17 – Church World Service & Lancaster Chamber Job Fair. When and Where: 10:00am – 3:00pm, Lancaster Chamber Building, 115 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA.
September 17 – Naturalization Celebration with Church World Service, 1U13, HUB 450. When and Where: 4:30pm – 6:30pm, 450 N. Prince Street, Lancaster, PA.
