I have been involved in fitness for over 30yrs. I have trained All State Athletes, Competitive Bodybuilders and Powerlifters, a 12yr old picking up their first weight and everything in between. I have found that the key to success is consistency. To reach your goals one must be consistent in training and diet. I also believe that key to consistency is variety in how one approaches their fitness goals. The body quickly adapts and it is important to know when to make changes to continue making progress. I also believe that enjoying your workout is a must.
