Pilates Reformer Personal Training
The Pilates Reformer is an exercise apparatus with a system of springs and pulleys that add resistance to challenge the body safely and deepen the Pilates practice.
With a focus on dynamic flexibility and core strengthening, Pilates is a full body exercise system designed to correct body imbalances that typically lead to back pain.

1 - One Hour Session
- 1 Individual, 60 minute session with a Certified Pilates Trainer
- 24 hour cancellation policy
- Session expires after 3-months from purchase
- Session is non-refundable, unless medical waiver is provided before expiration of sessions (within the 3-month period from purchase)
