5 Weeks of working up to jogging with a Cardio- Trained Coach in a group makes it DOABLE, ENJOYABLE, and gives you the TOOLS to be successful.
- Meets 2 x a week in the evenings for 5 weeks
- Learn HOW to jog successfully
- Build endurance slowly
- Group led means you aren’t out there all alone, gives you accountability to show- up, ensures inclusivity- any level from walkers to seasoned joggers
- All ages 11+

*We will be choosing the 45 minute time slot for Mondays and Wednesdays based off of the availability of participants. 1 week prior to the start date of the program, all registered will be contacted via email by our Wellness Director to ensure that the evening meet-up works for everyone.
