Join the 12 Days of Fitness and keep your wellness goals top of mind while having fun during the most magical time of the year.

Getting Started:

Sign up online by clicking the registration link below or by contacting your branch. Pick up a 12 Days of Fitness tracker from the membership desk or download a digital tracker with the directions found at the bottom of your registration email. Place your name on your tracker to keep it safe. 

Tracker Storage:

Keep your paper tracker with your personal workout gear.

Eligible Activities:

Each day, participants must complete the required exercise. This challenge is meant to be accessible for all individuals and should be personalized to challenge participants at a level that is safe, achievable, and suits their individual needs. Participants are encouraged to connect with a Wellness Attendant or for equipment instruction, safety, and wellness floor guidelines. Personal trainers are available and offer sessions with expertly designed workouts tailored to their clients’ needs, abilities, and selected goals.

Prize Eligibility:

To successfully complete this challenge and earn the prized moisture-wicking shirt, participants must turn in a completed 12 Day Fitness tracker to membership or hang it on the 12 Day Fitness display in their branch. Digital trackers can be emailed to wellness department leaders in your branch.  All trackers are due no later than 12/24/2025. Trackers must have Each day marked.

2026 Yard Sale Flyer

Join us for a fun evening of cookie decorating, hot chocolate, and crafts while enjoying a visit from Santa himself!

Children will be able to tell Santa their Christmas list while parents take pictures!

The cost is $10 per family.

Please only register one person per family and then include how many kids will be attending in the custom question.

Join us for our Free Throw Shooting Contest! The contest will be bracket style. Each round will be best of 10 free throws. Participants will be placed into the following age groups the day of the event.

4-5 year old’s

6-8 year old’s

9-11 year old’s

12-15 year old’s

16 & up

Basketball hoop height, basketball size, and free throw line will be adjusted to fit each age group. Each participant is required to bring someone along with them to count their shots. The winner of each age group will receive a YMCA prize.

Small personal floats are welcome for the day only.
This is a movie swim only—not an open swim session.
