This program is specifically designed for Susquehannock High School swimmers who want to get a jump on their season. This is an opportunity to get in shape and work on improving your strokes with our experienced coaching staff.  Practices are designed to focus on high school events with a large emphasis on stroke improvement as well as plenty of training sets.
